White Christmas Mojito


  • Juice of one lime

  • 8 fresh freeman herbs organic mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1/4 cup of canned unsweetened coconut milk

  • sparkling water (to top off)

  • pomegranate seeds (to garnish)

  • (optional) shredded coconut (to rim the glass)

(optional: add 2 tablespoons white rum and 1 tablespoon coconut rum)



If you want to rim the glass with coconut, use a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then pour some coconut onto a place place the rim of the glass into the coconut, and turn until covered.

In a glass, muddle the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves until the leaves are broken down, then fill the glass with ice.

In a blender, pour in coconut milk (and the optional rums) and pulse until smooth.

Pour over ice and stir gently to combine. Top off with sparkling water, mint leaves, and pomegranate seeds.
