Sparkling Blue Lagoon


  • 1 ounce blue curaçao syrup or blue curaçao liqueur

  • 2-ounces lemonade

  • 2-ounces sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: 1-ounce vodka (for an alcoholic version)

  • Granulated sugar

  • Lemon wedge for rimming

  • Edible glitter or shimmer dust (optional for extra sparkle)

  • Lemon twist or slice for garnish

  • Organic Sugared Rosemary sprigs for garnish


Place some granulated sugar on a small plate. Rim the edge of the glass with a lemon wedge, then dip the rim of the glass into the sugar to coat it.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Pour the blue curaçao syrup or blue curaçao liqueur over the ice in the glass.

Add the lemonade and, if desired, vodka for an alcoholic version.

Top off the drink with sparkling water or club soda to add effervescence.

Optionally, add edible glitter or shimmer dust to the rim for extra sparkle and festivity.

Garnish the drink with a lemon twist/slice and a sprig of sugared rosemary for a final touch.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
