Super Green Tonic

  • 2 oz of fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Italian Parsley (stems and all)

  • a few fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Mint leaves (plus some for garnish)

  • 1 medium green apple

  • 1 tbsp of honey

  • 1 tsp peeled and grated fresh ginger


Wash your parsley and set it aside on a clean cloth or kitchen towel.

Core your apple, then cut it into wedges.

Grab your blender or food processor, and you will want to add all your ingredients with 1/4 cup of water and a few ice cubes.

Blend until it becomes a liquid or your desired consistency. Feel free to add more water if it is still too thick and pulpy.

Pour it into a glass or store it in the refrigerator for roughly an hour to keep chilled.
