1 1/2 oz of pomegranate juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
champagne or proseccoo
sprig of fresh Freeman Herbs Organic rosemary
In a shaker, place the first three ingredients in with ice. put on the lit and shake until cold.
In a champagne flute put pomegranate seeds, and strain the cocktail mix into the glass.
Garnish with rosemary sprig.
