4 Berry Grape Ice Cubes
3/4 cup white (or regular) grape juice
2-4 fresh whole Freeman Herbs basil leaves
2 large or 4 small fresh strawberries hulled and halved
cold soda water
Without packing them, fill each depression in the ice cube tray with fresh blueberries.
Pour white or regular grape juice in to cover them. Place trays in the freezer until solid.
Store them in the freezer until ready to serve.
Add the Berry Grape Ice Cubes to each glass with the strawberries and fresh basil leaves.
Pour the grape juice over the cubes, top off with chilled soda water and stir briskly. Enjoy!
