Lavender Lemonade

  • 1 cup honey

  • 5 cups water

  • 1/4 cup fresh Freeman Herbs lavender blossoms, crushed

  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice, strained

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh Freeman Herbs Lavender sprigs for garnish


Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a medium pan. Remove the pan from heat and add the honey, stirring until it dissolves.

Add the crushed lavender to the honey water, cover, and let it steep for at least 20 minutes or longer according to taste preferences. You can use a tea infuser for easier cleanup.

Strain the mixture to remove the lavender and discard the lavender remnants.

Pour the lavender-infused honey water into a glass pitcher.

Add the strained fresh lemon juice and approximately another 2 1/2 cups of cold water to the pitcher, adjusting to taste. Stir the mixture well.

Refrigerate the lavender lemonade until it's ready to be served or pour it into tall glasses that are half-filled with ice.

Garnish the lavender lemonade with lavender sprigs for a beautiful presentation.
