Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup minced fresh Freeman Herbs Organic chives
1/4 cup snipped fresh Freeman Herbs Organic dill
1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
3 tablespoons minced fresh Freeman Herbs Organic parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 salmon fillet (1 pound)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, minced chives, snipped dill, ranch salad dressing, minced parsley, minced garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper. Mix all these ingredients well.
Brush the skin side of the salmon fillet with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillet, skin side down, on a greased grill rack. Spread the prepared sour cream mixture over the fish.
Grill the salmon, covered, over medium heat for approximately 12-14 minutes or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
