Did you know that wheatgrass is an amazing & nutritious superfood? It is also great for juicing! We found this recipe to help you get started your new juicing adventure!
Ingredients:
3 bunches wheatgrass (2 oz.)
4 large celery stalks
1 medium lemon, outer rind removed, white pith intact, and sectioned
4 medium Fuji apples, cored and sliced
1 medium lemon, outer rind removed, white pith intact, and sectioned
Instructions:
In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing wheatgrass, celery, lemon sections, and Fuji apple slices.
Stir gently, pour and serve.
