Berry and Sage smoothie

Perfect for warmer weather, this smoothie not only packs a punch with nutrition, but it is delicious and will cool you down during the summer heat!




Ingredients:


This recipe yields one serving (about 16 oz)

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 pint blackberries

  • ¾ cup of coconut water

  • Juice from ¼ a lemon

  • 4 large fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Sage leaves, chopped


Instructions:


Combine all your ingredients into your blender of choice and blend until smooth.


Serve in a glass of your choice


Garnish with sprig of sage and a few blackberries or blueberries.
