Ingredients:
This recipe yields one serving (about 16 oz)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 pint blackberries
¾ cup of coconut water
Juice from ¼ a lemon
4 large fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Sage leaves, chopped
Instructions:
Combine all your ingredients into your blender of choice and blend until smooth.
Serve in a glass of your choice
Garnish with sprig of sage and a few blackberries or blueberries.
