Materials
paper tea filters
2 cups Epsom salt
1/2 cup colloidal oatmeal
1/3 milk powder
2-4 tablespoons dried Freeman Herbs Organic mint (click here to learn how to dry herbs)
Directions
In a bowl, add all your ingredients and mix until combined.
Fill tea bags with heaping spoonfuls.
Seal the bags by folding and stapling them or tying them tightly with ribbon.
To use, fill a bath drop a tea bag in the water, and let steep.
Soak and enjoy!
