A great way to use up herbs that you have remaining or just a great option for a gift!
These scented herb wax sachets can be hung up anywhere in the home to give that little boost of warm and delicious scents!
Materials:
String
needle or nail
a mold (any shape, silicone)
2 cups of wax (flakes or solid)
2 teaspoons fresh Freeman Herbs Organic herbs, chopped or minced
2 teaspoonsof dried flowers or fruit
2 teaspoons essential oil of your choice (optional)
Instructions:
If your wax is solid, cut it up or break it up into smaller pieces for ease of melting. Use a double boiler over medium-low heat until the wax is completely melted.
This would be the time to add in your essential oils.
Once cooled slightly pour the wax into your mold of choice. Once the wax has started to set, place your herbs, dried flowers, or fruit in the wax.
Once set completely, remove from the molds take a nail or a needle, and punch a hole in the top to be able to tie the string through to hang.
Hang your sachets or gift them!
