1/2 cup of dark chocolate
Fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Mint leaves
In a bowl, melt your chocolate. You can do this in a microwave, or double boiler. (if using a microwave, melt it in bursts of 10 seconds at a time until melted to avoid burning)
Let the chocolate cool slightly and dip mint leaves in the chocolate.
Place on a parchment-covered baking sheet and put in the fridge to harden.
Remove from the fridge and enjoy!
