Pork Loin with Rosemary, Thyme and Parsley

Ingredients


  • 1 (4 pounds) Pork loin

  • 1 tablespoon fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Rosemary

  • 1 tablespoon fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Thyme

  • 1 tablespoon fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Parsley

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 2 cloves garlic, cut in half

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions


Preheat your oven to 375°F.


In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the garlic cloves halves. Mix until well combined.


Rub the herb mixture all over the pork loin. Make small pockets in the pork loin and insert the halves of the garlic cloves into these holes.


In a pan, sear the pork loin over high heat until a nice brown crust forms.


Place the seared pork loin into a Dutch oven, cover it with the lid, and put it in the oven to roast. Roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.


Once done, slice the pork loin and serve. Enjoy!
