Pork Loin with Rosemary, Thyme and Parsley

Full of flavor, this Roast Pork Loin with Freeman Herbs Organic Rosemary, Thyme and Parsley is simply delicious.

Follow this recipe, and your tummy will surely be happy!


  • 1 (4 lb.) Pork loin

  • 1 tbsp fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Rosemary

  • 1 tbsp fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Thyme

  • 1 tbsp fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Parsley

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 cloves garlic cut in half

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flake

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste


Preheat your oven to 375 F.

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients (minus the garlic cloves - save those for later) until mixture is complete.

Rub the herb mixture over the pork loin. Stab small pockets into the pork loin and insert the halves of the garlic cloves into the holes.

In a pan, sear the pork loin on high heat until a nice brown crust has formed.

Place the pork loin into a dutch oven, place the lid on top and put in the oven to roast.Roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Once done, slice into the pork loin and enjoy!
