Grilled Chicken

With the weather still warm, why not take advantage and make this delicious recipe!


  • 2 tbsp of fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Italian Parsley, chopped.

  • 1 tbsp of fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Sage, chopped

  • 2 tsp fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Rosemary, minced

  • 2 tsp fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Thyme, chopped

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 ½ lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts


In a blender/food processor, combine all the ingredients (minus the chicken breasts) and blend together.

Place the chicken in a nonporous glass dish or bowl and pour marinade over the chicken.

Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven set to broil.

Remove chicken from the dish (dispose of the leftover marinade) and grill/broil for about 6-7 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
