Strawberry Sprinkle Smoothie

  • 1 cup of strawberry yogurt.

  • 1 cup of vanilla almond milk. 

  • 2 cups of frozen or fresh strawberries. If you use fresh strawberries, just add a handful of ice cubes to the  blender to make the smoothie cold. 

  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice. 


 Place all ingredients into blender (liquid ingredients first).

 Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy!
