Parsley Juice with Ginger and Apple

  • 2 oz Freeman Herbs Fresh Italian Parsley

  • 1 medium green apple

  • 1 TB honey

  • 1 tsp peeled and grated fresh ginger

  • A few Freeman Herbs Fresh Mint leaves

Wash all the ingredients, cut an apple into wedges. Add all the ingredients into a blender or the bowl of a food processor with 1/4 cup of cold water and 2 ice cubes. Process all the ingredients until it becomes a liquid and you reach your desired consistency. Because of the apple this juice will seem thick and pulpy, so you can strain it or add a little more water to thin it out. Drink immediately.
