Herb and Cheese Roasted Tomatoes

  • ¼ cup grated cheese

  • ½ tsp oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 clove garlic, diced

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 6 tomatoes cut in ½” slices

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Combine oregano, garlic, oil, salt and pepper together. Place tomatoes on parchment lined pan. Spoon cheese mixture on top. Bake for 15-20, until lightly browned.
