Grilled Tomato Melts

  • Grilled Tomato Melts

  • 3 large tomatoes

  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheese

  • 1 small pepper diced

  • ¼ cup slivered almonds

 

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cut tomatoes into 4 slices each. Place in foil lined pan, slightly over lapping. Sprinkle with cheese, pepper and almonds. Bake for 15 min.
